After my mechanic attempts I took a long nap (post night shift is really never a good time to tinker with a bike) then got up and took my bike down to the CNE to check in.

GEARING UP FOR THE RIDE
EEEEK!!! Tomorrow is the big day! And Cervelo is certainly geared up for it! Sparkly new chain, cassette and tire! Mind you it took me two hours to change the tire. After 30 minutes of blistered and bleeding fingers I called Triton crying, but in the end I got that tire on the rim all by myself! So if Cervelo knows what's good for her she won't get a flat on the 200 mile course this weekend!!
